Pwize procedure

#chilipawty is making a few guidelines.

• Pwizes may be for US only - or other country only - to save postage. Pwizemasters should state where a pwize will ship. It is the guest's responsibility to note shipping restrictions.
• No more than two pwizes per guest unless it happens that there are no other entries for a pwize. Because it is uncomfortable, Pwizemasters may enforce this without comment, but should report it to other staff.
• Guests may enter for furiends, but should announce this when entering.
• No reselling pwizes. We will keep a list and ban offenders indefinitely.
• Guest may enter for their friends, and should mention it when entering.
• If there is no winner the pwize may be moved to a later slot or it may be kept for another pawty at the pwizemaster's discretion.
• Staff may enter for pwizes!

Must be present to win.
Must enter to win.

Timing: as scheduled
If timing gets out of order, we will continue to go down the list of prizes until they're all given away. But do try to catch up.

Procedure:
Prizemaster calls for anipals to follow him/her for doorprizes (does this randomly through his/her shift).
Prizemaster announces next doorprize - gives sponsor Twitter and link, prize info and link to prize. (If any of that is missing, just give what is available!)
Prizemaster calls for Doorprize entries - asks people to DM by X time (5 or 10 min from this tweet) to enter. I would suggest 5 minutes when 15 minutes between prizes, 10 minutes when 1/2 hour between prizes.
Prizemaster repeats request for Doorprize entries - asks people to DM by X time ( for example 5 min, 2 min, 30 sec from now) to enter.
Prizemaster counts number of people entered and keeps them in order of entry. (In DM, on paper, wherever).
Prizemaster uses http://Random.org to determine which anipal wins.

Prizemaster announces winner.
Winner must tweet or DM prizemaster to claim prize. How long to wait is at the discretion of the prizemaster.
If winner does not contact prizemaster within the alloted amount of time, another winner is chosen using http://random.org .
Prizemaster gets address/email information and adds to spreadsheet. "
