The mission of Bend Spay+Neuter Project is to provide affordable, preventative veterinary care for cats and dogs at risk of suffering in order to create a more humane community.
By providing free and affordable programs like the HOPE Pet Food Bank, Wellness Clinics, and assistance with spay/neuter, BSNP does everything we can to keep pets in their homes!
